Red Envelope Parties™Hosting a Red Envelope Party is a simple and fun way to learn the basic principles of Feng Shui, the basic Bagua, clutter control and intentional cleaning in your home, with your friends, rather than in a classroom.Once we pick the date, you will get help with writing your invitations and planning the party. Each person attending is asked to bring a red envelope with $18 enclosed to exchange for the information received. Marilyn Wallick, Certified Feng Shui Consultant, will teach Basic Feng Shui and Clutter Control and you provide the refreshments, which can be as simple or as elaborate as you’d like. Red Rabbit Five Elements Parties™Hosting a Five Elements Party is a great opportunity to learn and have fun with friends. We will talk about the five elements basic to the Eight Stems of Chinese Medicine – fire, earth, metal, water and wood – with an emphasis on their use in Feng Shui. You and your friends will also practical ways to use them in your environment for increased harmony.The party starts with an overview of the elements and their two cycles. Then you will learn how the elements are manifested in the personality and home. As we break to eat snacks representing all five elements, you and your guests will complete a Five Elements Inventory. After the break we will talk about your scores and then the fun begins. Home and Office ConsultationsA Feng Shui Consultation provided by Red Rabbit Feng Shui is an opportunity to better understand how your home influences your life. You will learn the basics of this ancient and powerful Chinese art and specific ways to alter your space in order to balance the flow of energy and improve your life.A home consultation typically lasts two hours. My work starts as I approach your home, checking the details of the mouth of chi- otherwise known as the front door. After walking through the home to get the general feeling, I use a scale drawing or blueprint that you provide to analyze the space and find areas where the energy flow could be improved. We also spend time discussing what it’s like living in your home and which areas of your life you would most like to improve or change. As we walk through the home a second time I make specific suggestions for corrections or adjustments. After I teach you the three secrets of reinforcement, I leave you with a prioritized list of suggested Feng Shui improvements. Following Chinese tradition, you will give me a red envelope containing my fee. This fee includes a follow-up visit to your home if you want, and phone or e-mail support as you make the changes I have suggested.
